Alex Amen

Originally from Texas, 26-year-old singer-songwriter Alex Amen moved to California at 18 and formed his first (short-lived) band while living on a commune. After a three-year sojourn in Washington State, he returned to Southern California and began work on his first EP, 2025’s The Zorthian Tapes, recorded at a self-built studio at Altadena’s Zorthian Ranch. He’s currently performing around the U.S. and beyond while writing new songs.
