The Crooked Jades

Founded in 1996 in San Francisco by multi-instrumentalists and vocalists Jeff Kazor and Lisa Berman, the Crooked Jades were a mainstay of HSB’s early years and have gone on to worldwide acclaim, recording seven albums and touring extensively in the U.S. and Europe. Currently they’re profiled in an upcoming 4-part television series (co-production of the U.S. and Britain’s BBC) to represent the cutting-edge modern folk music scene.
